Online Only

Of course, all plans have different benefits, and it is important to find what is the best fit for you. I’d love to chat on the phone or in person (lets grab a coffee?!) to advise on what is the best plan for your needs. 

If you choose a training plan including in-person training sessions, I’ll be able to train you at a location convenient to you – no gym membership required. Operating across Christchurch, I can train you at home/work/the park/the beach…the list goes on! I will bring along any equipment we may need so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

Absolutely not. I feel a healthy lifestyle should be available to all, whether you’re a fitness fanatic or taking your first steps! 

Upon signup of an online only or online & in person plan, you will receive a login for my online training website and mobile app. This your personalised space to see your individualised workout plan for the week ahead, record your food diary and track your progress. It also includes some really cool features like in app messaging directly with me and the ability to sync your smart watch with the app. I’m also able to see everything you record on the app to keep you accountable at all times! 

The app has lots of functionality but is very straightforward and easy to navigate. If you have any questions you can also ask them directly within the app for a direct response from me.

You can either pay as you go on a weekly basis or pre-pay for a 6 week block upfront and get a discount. Whatever suits you best!
